Humanity Consulting aims to advance international cooperation among governmental organisations and CSOs in the field of Youth. We use participatory research and non-formal education methods to ensure that youth policy and programming are inclusive and representative of the needs of young people.

We specialize in research in the fields of youth, sustainability, entrepreneurship and development cooperation. Our findings support companies and international institutions with cutting-edge policy research to advance global sustainable development.
We design all-round communication strategies, including public relations & key message development, website development and social media management.
WEBINARS & TRAINING
We provide online and in-person trainings in the fields of strategic communication, design thinking, international development, media literacy and mediation.
Over 500 academics, youth activists, trainers and government officials engaged and trained during our seminars and forums.
We have team members and carried out projects in 4 continents of the world ― Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

POOL OF CONSULTANTS
Our global team of researchers and trainers specialise in North-South cooperation, Climate Justice, Peacebuilding, Media literacy and Partnership building for sustainable development.
Director of Research & Training
Neringa is a Lithuanian Human Rights educator and an expert of Youth, Peace and Development and the Director of Humanity Consulting. She is currently pursuing PhD at SOAS, University of London, where her research focuses on advancing youth participation in the decision making within the Europe-Africa Partnership. She is also a member of the Pool of European Youth Researchers at the EU-Council of Europe Youth Partnership, where she has recently published a Sustainability Checklist on Greening the Youth Sector.
Neringa has previously worked at the EU Delegation to Myanmar, and later served at the Advisory Council on Youth of the Council of Europe, where her work focused on advancing North-South cooperation. She has also initiated and led several forums in Asia, MENA and Eastern Africa, bringing together CSOs, entrepreneurs, activists and institutions (EU, AUC, UfM, ASEAN, Ministries) to facilitate youth-led policy recommendations on Education, Peace and Climate Action.
