ABOUT
Humanity Consulting aims to advance international cooperation among governmental organisations and CSOs in the field of Youth. We use participatory research and non-formal education methods to ensure that youth policy and programming are inclusive and representative of the needs of young people.

NERINGA TUMENAITE
Director of Research & Training
Neringa is a researcher and trainer in the field of International Cooperation and Development justice. She is currently pursuing PhD at SOAS, University of London, where her research focuses on advancing youth participation in the decision making within the Europe-Africa Partnership. Neringa is also a member of the Pool of European Youth Researchers at the EU-Council of Europe Youth Partnership, where she has recently published a Sustainability Checklist on Greening the Youth Sector.
Neringa has previously worked at the EU Delegation to Myanmar, and later served at the Advisory Council on Youth of the Council of Europe, where her work focused on advancing North-South cooperation.

JOSIANE ATALLAH
Researcher & Consultant
Josiane Atallah is a passionate advocate for community-led, sustainable development and education. She is currently pursuing her Masters in International Relations at Syracuse University, NY, in Development and Humanitarian Assistance as a Fulbright Association Scholar; and serves as the West Asia Caucus Coordinator for the Major Group for Children and Youth. She is the former regional manager and fellow in residence for Peace First for MENA working on supporting youth to create solutions that enable their communities to thrive. Josiane has worked as a youth researcher for Restless Development researching the barriers to youth work and youth-led organizations in Lebanon, and as a consultant for the International Rescue Committee. She has spoken on multiple panels on education and developmental reform with the Union for the Mediterranean, OECD and Erasmus.

SWATI VERMA
Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation
Swati is a development sector specialist with 3+ years of experience working in the tech & digital space. She currently works with Facebook and is passionate about youth engagement and enabling technology to create safe spaces for cross-cultural learning and collaboration.
Previously working with UNICEF Innovation, she has domain knowledge of T4D (technology for development), risk communication, community engagement, & youth development - steering high-impact, low-tech youth engagement projects across India during COVID-19.
Swati holds MSc. in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and an M.A. in Communication for Development from A.J.K. Mass Communication Research Centre.

VIVIANA PREMAZZI, PHD
Consultant and Trainer
Ph.D. in Sociology of Migration, MA in Intercultural and Interreligious Conflicts Management, Accredited Lecturer in “Intercultural Management” by Hofstede Insights, Viviana has worked as a consultant and trainer for corporations and not-for-profit organizations in Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East.
After many years around the world, in 2018, she founded in Malta, Global Mindset Development GMD Malta to help individuals and organisations to develop an open and curious mindset to work effectively across cultures and promote diverse and inclusive workplaces and societies. Viviana has provided training and mentoring to Fortune 500, local and international companies, government agencies, business associations and international NGOs. Viviana has been working as a consultant for the United Nations and the World Bank in Albania, Kosovo, Italy, Mozambique, Egypt, USA and Brazil since 2006 on topics related to intercultural communication, diversity and inclusion, migration, cooperation and development and financial education.

SEBASTIAN URREGO FRAGUA
Expert on Transformative Entrepreneurship for the SDGs & Corporate Prosperity
Sebastian is an expert and trainer on on innovation and transformative entrepreneurship for aspiring entrepreneurs and organisations, such as NGOs, foundations and community-based organisations, looking at accelerating their organisational development through innovation processes.
Sebastian holds a Master's in Global Prosperity from University College of London. He has a robust corporate experience from his tenure at International SOS, where he developed public-private partnerships for duty-of-care in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. He has also undertaken ethnographic research in citizen science for sustainable energy transitions in Kenya. Previously he worked at UCL Innovation & Enterprise in London.

EKATERINA MATVEEVA
Consultant
Ekaterina is an expert in multilingualism and multiculturalism. She is an educator, award-winning entrepreneur, founder of Amolingua, and leader of the Erasmus+ funded project Lingo+. She is a TEDx speaker, best-selling author, and researcher developing her theory “Language Alter Ego.”
She has been training people in languages and cultures for over 14 years and is now set to develop bespoke training for educators to teach in a multilingual, multicultural environment. Ekaterina is on a mission to create a better connected multicultural, multilingual world.
She holds a BA in Linguistics and Education from Moscow State Linguistic University (Russia), and MA degrees in Linguistics, Sociocultural Anthropology and Intercultural Communication from St. Andrews University (Scotland), University of Bergamo (Italy), University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), and University of Perpignan (France). She has completed business programmes at Vistula Business and Financial Academy (Poland), MIT Sloan (USA), and Harvard Business School (USA).

MOHIT SETIYA
PR & Communication Consultant

Mohit holds 7 years of professional & volunteer experience in managing PR & communication campaigns, along with a knack in leading, collaborating & influencing various internal and external stakeholders (clients, partners & vendors). He has been consistently providing optimal, thoroughly analysed, strategic solutions to organizations, ranging from campaigns & promotions to events & activation. Mohit also managed some of the most reputed accounts which includes working with clients such as the World Bank, IDLO, Coca-Cola, Diageo and Telenor.

DEBORA BARLETTA
Trainer
Debora is an international youth worker, trainer and facilitator passionate about learning and supporting the empowerment of others. She is proficient in the application of non-formal education techniques and
expert on the topics of hate speech, human rights education, youth participation and internet
governance, especially in relation with inclusion and media literacy.
Debora has more than 5 years experience in online activism and campaigning, particularly on major social
media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and is currently the coordinator of the No Hate Speech Movement Italy.

FRANCESCO PIPPARELLI
Trainer
Francesco has the ability to create music and share poetry in a variety of contexts, bringing lightness and beauty to the soul.
The depth with which he searches for answers is truly a source of inspiration and constant mutual enrichment.
Born in Città della Pieve in 1997, he is a social media manager, project manager and consultant specializing in communication who is also active at an international level as a facilitator and trainer, especially in the artistic field and on the theme of social inclusion.

TEJESWARA REDDY
Policy & Advocacy Expert
Tejeswara (Tej) Reddy is a consultant committed to understanding the Future of Work and the role of governments, private enterprises, nonprofits, and technology itself in shaping our modern world. Tejeswara has served as a Policy Fellow at the U.S. Department of Education, and has also worked at the U.S. Senate, where he helped develop legislative proposals to mitigate the rise of artificial intelligence and wealth inequality.
Tej is a U.S. Fulbright Fellow and holds a B.A. in Economics from Willamette University and an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Arizona State University.
