HUMANITY CONSULTING
Cooperation for Planetary Wellbeing
ABOUT
Ecological breakdown and conflict are not separate. They emerge from the ways humans relate – to one another, to themselves, and to Planet Earth. We support NGOs, institutions, and youth leaders to understand the root causes of complex challenges and develop responses grounded in systems thinking, participatory research, and collective learning for planetary wellbeing.
Humanity Consulting is led by Neringa Tumenaite – a participatory methodology specialist, trainer, and PhD researcher with over a decade of experience designing multi-stakeholder consultations, policy co-creation processes, and capacity-building programmes across Europe, MENA, Africa, and Asia. Neringa has been a Fulbright-Schuman Fellow at Harvard University's T.H. Chan School of Public Health (2023–24) and is currently completing her PhD at SOAS University of London.

OUR FOCUS

Human to Human
Dialogue across worldviews & democratic participation, empowered by decolonial and semi-peripheral perspectives often absent from mainstream policy spaces.

Human to Self
Reflective leadership & relational health – power awareness and trauma-informed facilitation for spaces that are psychologically honest, not just productive.
%20(1).jpg)
Human to Planet
Climate justice, Rights of Nature, and challenging what counts as legitimate climate knowledge.

PROJECTS
"ForestFellows" : Micro-Scholarship for citizen journalists to report at COPs

We launched 7 scholarships to support journalists and citizen journalists attending the upcoming COP28 or one of the official UN side-events, such as COY or Forum on Minority Issues. The scholarships aim to support reporting on such topics as Rights of Nature, forest protection and human relation to Nature. Successful applicants received feedback by professional media experts.
EU-MENA and EU-Asia Forums under Erasmus+ Global Partnerships Initiative

We initiated Erasmus Global Partnerships Forums to engage a diverse group of stakeholders — activists, entrepreneurs, academics and policy makers — to facilitate dialogue and exchange knowledge in a cross-continental discussion between the EU and MENA on Education, Peace and Employability and the role that Civic Society and local Entrepreneurs play as key drivers of Sustainable Development.
Read the Joint Policy Recommendations of the Forum, co-signed by 25 organisations and supported by the African Union Commission, the European Union and the Union for the Mediterranean.
